How to consult these pages
The following pages illustrate how ideas about telematic public administration came into being and developed. They explain how acts formulated in electronic form (without use of paper support) take on full legal validity.
Explanations are mainly concerned with legal, functional and organizational aspects (administrative law and administration science). Teleadministration history, fundamental rules and current problems are illustrated through reference to scientific publications.
Most pages can be recalled in Italian. According to availability of funds, the most important articles will be translated into the main European languages
The links that recall texts in languages which are different from Italian are followed by the international abbreviation of the corresponding state (GB - D - F - E).
Pages necessary for navigation will be translated anyway.
